About this event
The Friends of the Australian National Botanic Gardens presents a guided walk along the Bushland Nature Trail in celebration of the first anniversary of its opening.
The trail is in the Bushland precinct of the Gardens and is part of the local Black Mountain environment, which is the most diverse nature reserve in Canberra with more than 650 species of plants. Stroll along this trail in the company of a guide discovering the plants flowering at this time of year as well as enjoying the spectacular views over the lake to the city and Parliament House through the trees.
Our walk will end at the Lookout and then return back along the trail to the Visitor Centre.
