About this event
Students are more engaged in learning when they are challenged by real-life problems. This workshop will demonstrate how to explicitly teach five problem solving strategies--- systematic listing, drawing diagrams, error analysis, working backward, and eliminating possibilities. Ways to develop problem scenarios and evaluate student work will also be emphasized.
Audience: Instructional coaches, K-12 teachers, school leaders.
